In Protest
KADIST director Joseph del Pesco and Constance Lewallen, adjunct curator at Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archives, invited politically inclined artists and writers to publish a protest poster, printed using wood and lead-type letterpress in Oakland. 100 copies of each poster were distributed freely, and intended for use in ongoing protests across the Bay Area. They were distributed during a one night event at the Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive. A full set of the posters are held in the collection of the Berkeley Art Museum.
