If There Ever Was: an exhibition of extinct and impossible smells

In 2008, curator Robert Blackson began inviting some of the most renowned and trained “noses” in fragrance design to create an exhibition of “olfactory images” dedicated to advancing the perception of abstraction. At this one-night exhibition, Blackson invites us to experience a range of phenomena around which contemporary culture is continually revolving, from the scent of communism to the atomic blast at Hiroshima. Bar at 6pm, event at 7pm. Also on view: a special project by Raimundas Malašauskas
