Two forthcoming shows due to open during Singapore Art Week 2020 are good examples of how and why materials matter. Happening from 10 to 19 January, the IMPART Collectors’ Show 2020 , organised by Art Outreach, draws on 13 private collections around the world and presents works by 19 renowned artists.
