This is the first time a university has been invited to be an official festival partner. We interview Professor Paul Mazerolle, Pro Vice Chancellor (Arts, Education and Law Group) of Griffith University as well as Dr Heather Faulkner, director of the university’s Photography programme, about how the presence of the University at George Town Festival exemplifies the university’s developing connections with and interest in Southeast Asia.
