Tokyo’s International Urban Photo Festival — T3 - A multitude of photographers at various locations throughout Tokyo | LensCulture Feature Tokyo’s International Urban Photo Festival — T3 Scattered across more than 15 different venues throughout the city, Tokyo’s free outdoor international photo festival opens this month showing work that revolves around the theme “Link Up!” A multitude of photographers at various locations throughout Tokyo Tokyo’s International Urban Photo Festival — T3 Scattered across more than 15 different venues throughout the city, Tokyo’s free outdoor international photo festival opens this month showing work that revolves around the theme “Link Up!” In the fifth edition of T3 Photo Festival Tokyo , visitors are invited to explore various neighborhoods while enjoying photographic exhibitions, lectures and workshops throughout the city. Co-curated by the festival founder, Ihiro Hayami, and Paris-based curator, editor and writer Marc Feustel, this year’s edition features iconic work by artists making work in the 1970s Japan, as well as contemporary works by Japanese, American, European and other international artists.
