After showcasing his works in several group exhibitions, this will be the artist’s first solo show with the gallery. An in situ artwork (mural combustion) will be created, accompanied by a series of burnt canvases from the early 2000s, titled “Burning Peaks.” For over five decades, Christian Jaccard has been developing a body of work exploring two key operations: knotting and burning.
