Pratt’s Photography and Fine Arts MFA programs are slated to take over the entire third floor of the Dock 72 building by August 2024, nestling itself in the center of the borough’s historic and contemporary fabrication headquarters. At more than 60,000 square feet , nearly double the square footage of the Pfizer building space it has occupied since 2016 , the new Dock 72 facilities include 100 individual artist studios, critique and seminar spaces, galleries, fabrication shops, a computer lab, and a dedicated black-box area for performance work and projections.
