(http://rosab.net) Sunday, February 3, at 8.30 p.m A dinner with… Erick Beltran. Mexican artist Erick Beltran developed during the research period of Société Anonyme at le Plateau a body of work around the notion of synesthaesia, as a metaphor of the translation of practices and the creation of links between unrelated things as a way of organising the chaos of signs. There, above all, he developed a new way of working, being full-time in the space of the art centre during four months, working and experimenting there, organising workshops with children or art students, participating to debates, inviting scientists to respond his experiences… This working method, based on exhaustion and energy expenditure, leads him now to performances and presentations considered as never-ending events. Erik will prepare himself a dinner at Kadist art foundation accompanying his discourse, and considering the different dishes as its tasteful translation. This combination will create the baseline for a conversation about synesthaesia between him and the guests of the night
