Mythological gastronomy


On the opening occasion of Erick Beltrán’s exhibition The Fallen Tree , KADIST hosts a special dinner event as a communal and culinary contextualization of the artist’s work on view. Led by Beltrán in collaboration with curator Devon Bella, with food prepared by chef Leif Hedendal , the evening consists of a multi-course meal and presentation inspired by Italian philosopher Furio Jesi’s mythological gastronomy.
