In this case, the house – a bright blue, pre-war bungalow located on 42 Waterloo Street – will stay put, but its main occupants will experience a shift. Since July 2014, the space has been run by Centre 42, appointed by the National Arts Council (NAC) to support the development of writing for the Singapore stage.
